Where to find us

Classes are held at 2 different locations. One by the sea, and the other in a studio. When you book your class, the google maps link to the exact location will be on the booking page.

Our beach location:

the place where we practice is a look out point in between Malagueta and Caleta beach.

Classes are located at either one of the following studios. Yin yoga at Centre Kauma, Vinyasa at Centre Flow. When you book your class, the location is always specified in the description.

Yoga Centre Flow:

    VINYASA

    With Hatha Yoga being the epitome of tradition in our class offerings, it's the perfect choice for those keen on delving deeper into the origins of yoga and uncovering its many benefits. These classes strike a harmonious balance, neither overly vigorous nor excessively passive, catering to students seeking a middle ground.
