Hi! I’m Elle,

My passion for yoga started years ago when I was in university. Like many other practitioners, I came to yoga to find elegance, flexibility, and a certain sense of authority over my body I did not feel I had. I wanted to be like the yoga girls online, who seemed to have it all: femininity, strength, and grace. 

However, after having devoted myself to this practice for years now, I have stayed for much more than elegance. Which in the end, is driven by the very same ego that yoga seeks to transcend. Yoga has not only changed how I move and breathe, but it has helped me reframe my understanding of my body and myself entirely.

What I love most (and what I believe to be one of my greatest strengths) is helping my students build their practice from the ground up, making what once seemed impossible suddenly feel within reach. Which makes the time on the mat so much fun and allows you to meet yourself right where you are at.
