Hi, I’m Elle.
Welcome to my online world of strong, feminine movement and soft, gentle grounding.
I’ve been a yoga teacher for 6 years. these years have shaped the embodied practice that I love sharing with my students today.
In my classes, we use the body as a doorway to reach into the untapped power that lets you flow, feel confident and allows you to play and explore. All on your mat. We cultivate connection to your body, and eventually to a deeper sense of self.

New to yoga? Don’t worry. This practice welcomes any level.
So how does it work?
Before every class you’ll receive an email with the link to our live practice on Google Meet. All you need to do is roll out your mat and meet me there.
If you can’t make it live, nothing is lost. You’ll have access to the full Elligned library: a growing collection of vinyasa flows, yin sessions, and shorter practices you can return to whenever you need. From 10 minutes to 90 minutes, it’s all there whenever and wherever you are.
Ignite with Vinyasa:

Our live sessions are an hour. But in the library you can find anything from 10 to 90 minutes.

Deeply grounding yin to unwind your nervous system and soften you back into yourself.
Expect: Philosophy-inspired themes, long holds, calm cues, spacious breath and a long savasana
