Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants as best as we can. However, due to the intimate nature of our retreat and the significant impact of cancellations on our operations, we have implemented the following policy:

- Cancellations made more than two months before the retreat start date: Full refund of the registration fee.

- Cancellations made between one and two months before the retreat start date: Fifty percent (50%) refund of the registration fee.

- Cancellations made one month or less before the retreat start date: No refund.
